Terms of sale
All catalog entries are offered for sale to laboratories, research organizations, and institutions for research use. Placing an inquiry through the contact form or WhatsApp does not itself constitute a completed order; product availability, quantities, and order specifics are confirmed directly between LyoGrade and the requesting party before any order is finalized.
Research-use-only statement
Every product listed in this catalog is supplied strictly for laboratory research use. None of these products are intended, labeled, or sold for use in humans, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or any other use outside a controlled research setting. The buyer is responsible for confirming that its intended use complies with applicable laws and regulations in its jurisdiction.
Privacy
Information submitted through the contact form, such as a name, company, country, or message, is used only to respond to that inquiry and to coordinate any resulting research-use order. LyoGrade does not sell contact information to third parties. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Shipping and documentation
Shipping details, including timing and carrier arrangements, are confirmed per order once an inquiry is placed. Batch-specific documentation for a given product is likewise confirmed on request rather than published in advance; name the product and, where known, the batch when you ask.
